1. The NanoCRM Add-on (Local-Only Processing)

The App is designed as a “Local-Only” tool. This means that:

  • No Donor Data Storage: We do not collect, store, or transmit your donor records, gift amounts, or contact information to our servers. All data processed by NanoCRM remains strictly within your own Google Spreadsheet and your Google Drive.

  • Permissions: The App requires permission to interact with your Google Sheets. These permissions are used exclusively to perform functional tasks (e.g., running health checks, generating summaries) as initiated by the user.

  • Authentication: We utilize Google’s OAuth 2.0 protocol. We never see or store your Google password.

2. Website Data (nanocrmapp.com)

Our website serves as a support and education resource. We collect minimal information as follows:

  • Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string for spam detection.

  • Cookies: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name and email. We also use temporary cookies on the login page to verify browser settings; these contain no personal data.

  • Support Inquiries: If you contact us for support via email or a contact form, we use that information solely to assist you.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Google Workspace: Because NanoCRM operates within the Google ecosystem, your data is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

  • Embedded Content: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos). This behaves exactly as if you visited the third-party site directly and may involve their own tracking.

4. Data Retention and Rights

  • Donor Data: We have no access to your donor data; therefore, we cannot retain, export, or delete it for you. You maintain full control over your data within your Google account.

  • Site Data: Website comments are retained indefinitely for moderation purposes. You may request an export or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as comment history).

5. Compliance & Security

As a CPA-led organization, Greystone GRC LLC adheres to strict professional standards regarding data integrity and confidentiality. We do not sell or trade user information to third parties.
